By this Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has challenged the order dated 25.02.2015 passed by the learned District Judge-II, Islampur below exhibits 136 and 141 in Regular Civil Suit No.56 of 2006. By this order, the learned trial Judge rejected the application at exhibit 136 and allowed application at exhibit 141.

After arguing the Petition for quite some time, Mr. Deshmukh seeks permission to withdraw the Petition. On the motion made by Mr. Deshmukh, Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is dismissed as withdrawn.
