Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. At the outset learned counsel appearing for Respondent submits that, charge is framed during the pendency of the present petition and the matter is posted for recording the evidence before the Special Court on 19/9/2019. In that view of the matter, this Court is unable to persuade itself to accede to the prayer of the Petitioner. Hence, writ petition stands rejected. However, the contentions in defence raised by the Petitioner are kept open to be agitated before the concerned Court.
