By filing this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioner is seeking a direction to respondent no.2 Bank to hand over possession of the seized goods and documents belonging to the petitioner and removing the seal from the shop/ premises of the petitioner.

Respondents have filed reply and made a submission that the respondents are ready and willing to hand over goods of the petitioner and to de-seal the premises.

As regards the rest of the amount, learned counsel for the nilegaonkar

8.odt respondent submits that the respondent shall take appropriate steps as may be permissible in law. In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of the petition by directing respondent no.2 Bank to release the petitioner's goods and documents, if any and deseal the premises.. While releasing the goods and documents, panchanama shall be prepared in the presence of two independent witnesses.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, petition is disposed of.
