The petition was heard on previous occasion on the issue whether the petition would lie in the criminal side or the civil side. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions submit that he would convert the criminal writ petition into the civil writ petition and for that purpose the petitioner may be permitted to amend the title of this petition.

In view of this submission, leave to amend is granted to convert the criminal writ petition into the civil writ petition. After the requisite amendment is carried out the matter be placed before the appropriate Court.
