This Application is moved by the applicant/accused praying that the time to furnish surety may be extended.

The learned counsel for the applicant/accused submitted that the applicant/accused was granted bail with a direction that he has to furnish one or two sureties for the bail amount, i.e., Rs.25,000/- by an order dated 5th October, 2015.

The learned counsel submitted that the applicant/accused was transferred to U.P. Jail from 20th October, 2015 for some other offence. Now he is released on bail after furnishing the surety in the first week of March, 2016. Now he wants four weeks time to furnish 1 / 2

Learned APP submits to the order of this Court. 5.

In view of this submissions, time to furnish solvent surety is granted by way of last chance till 29th April, 2016. Other conditions remain the same.
