This Interim Application is filed seeking stay to the execution of the impugned Judgment and Order dated 5 October, 2021 passed by the MACT, Mumbai in MACP NO. 2066 of 2015.

By an order dated 28 March, 2023, by way of an ad-interim relief, the stay was granted to the impugned Judgment and Order subject to deposit of the entire awarded amount before the Tribunal along with interest thereon within six weeks.

The Advocate for the Applicant states that now the Insurance Company has deposited the entire decretal amount before the Trial Court. V.A. Tikam 1/2
