The petitioner herein happens to be the original complainant in C.C. No.551/SW/2015. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the complaint was filed on 2.2.2015 and till today no effective orders are passed on the said complaint. The delay in passing the appropriate orders on a complaint would frustrate the very purpose of filing the complaint.

In view of this, the learned Magistrate, 10th Court, Andheri, is hereby directed to pass orders on the said complaint within three weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
