Notice was issued on the said application and the Registry has recorded that respondent Nos. 1 to 3 were duly served, whereas the notice to respondent No.4 is returned unserved with bailiff remark "dead on 05.11.2018". Though, respondent Nos.1 to 3 are served, none represent them.

The applicant in paragraph Nos. 2 to 4 has set out the reasons for the delay and on its perusal, I am convinced that the delay is bonafide and has been sufficiently explained. 5.
