This Second Bail Application is moved by the applicant/accused, as he is facing charges for the offences punishable under sections 498A, 304B r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act in C.R. No. 163 of 2013 registered with Uran Police Station, District Raigad.

This Court while rejecting the first Bail Application No. 858 of 2014 on 25th August, 2014 gave liberty to move a fresh Bail Application if trial would not commence within 6 months.

Learned APP submitted that the learned Sessions Judge rejected the Application for bail on 4th March, 2015 and the charge is also framed on the same day.

As charge is framed in this matter, the Bail Application is disposed of with a direction to the learned Sessions Judge to endeavour to complete the trial till 30th November, 2015.
