Learned APP submits that in the present case i.e. in Sessions Case No. 263 of 2017, the charge is framed in December 2017. Witness summons are also issued. In any case, the application was rejected by the Additional Sessions Judge, Pune on 12th October, 2017. In view of this, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to withdraw the application. Liberty as prayed for is granted in the interest of justice. The application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
