Heard. By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner challenges the concurrent findings of facts recorded by the both courts while deciding the Petitioner's Application below Exhibit- 5 for an order of injunction.

Considering the concurrent findings of facts and as the suit is pending for final hearing on merits, the Writ Petition stands disposed of with following directions:

a.

Hearing of Regular Civil Suit No. 675/2012 pending before the Civil Judge, Junior Division, Vasai is expedited. b.

This court expects that the Trial Court would decide the said suit as early as possible but in any case on or before 30.06.20198.

c.

No order as to costs.
