Heard. By this petition under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India the Petitioner challenges the concurrent findings of facts recorded by both the courts below.

The learned counsel for the respondent submits that they issued final notice dated 05.10.2016 and thereafter again at the request of the petitioner on 16.11.2015 called upon her to submit her reply. He submits that pursuant to the said final notice, the petitioner has filed her reply. 3.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has already replied to the final notice dated 05.10.2016 and 16.11.2015 and the reasons given Basavraj G Patil 1/2

40.3899.17-wp by this court in similar matter by order dated 31.03.2017 in Writ Petition No.3788/2017 with 3790/2017, I do not find any substance in the present Writ Petition.

Hence, the Writ Petition stands rejected.
