After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant bail to the Applicant, learned counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw the Application. Accordingly, the Application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, since the case is of the year 2016, the trial of the Applicant is expedited. Learned Judge to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible and preferably within nine months from the date of receipt of this order.

Accordingly, the Application is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
