This is an application for extension of time to furnish surety. By order dated 16th March, 2022, the applicant was permitted to furnish surety before the trial Court in accordance with order dated 3rd May, 2019 within a period of two weeks. 2.

It is submitted that the applicant is in the process of furnishing surety. Hence, time to furnish surety may be extended. 3.

Considering the submissions, time to furnish surety stipulated in order dated 16th March, 2022 is extended by a period of four weeks.
