A praecipe has been circulated by the learned counsel for the petitioner wherein it is stated that the petitioner wishes to withdraw the aforeasid petition unconditionally because the parties have amicably settled their dispute and that appropriate proceedings have been filed in the trial Court i.e. divorce by mutual consent.

The urgency mentioned in the praecipe is that the date in the trial Court is 28th March 2022.

Considering what is stated in the praecipe, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this petition.
