This Court by an order dated 29th November, 2021, declined to grant bail on merit and, therefore, learned Counsel sought permission to withdraw the application. It came to be dismissed as withdrawn.

Learned APP submits that the trial has already been commenced and six witnesses have been examined. In that view of the matter, Application stands dismissed. In view of dismissal of the bail application, interim application also stands disposed of.
