The above Civil Application has been filed for condonation of delay of 292 days in filing the above First Appeal. The reasons therefor are mentioned in paragraph 3 of the Civil Application which revolve around lack of legal knowledge on the part of the Applicant and also financial stringency. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent No.1 Shri C M Lokesh submits to the orders of the Court. Hence accepting the reasons mentioned in the above Civil Application, the same is allowed. Resultantly, the delay of 292 days in filing the First Appeal stands condoned. The above Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
