The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that teachers of the concerned College (C.T. Bora College) have been summoned to remain present tomorrow for undergoing training for the purposes of ensuing Lok Sabha election.

So long as the said statement continues to be hold the field, the teachers of C.T. Bora College cannot be compelled to remain present on any day except 28th and 29th April, 2019. Hence, no orders.
