Mr.Wable, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to challenge the order of approval granted by the Education Officer in favour of the petitioner not from the date of initial appointment but w.e.f. June 1997. Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views on

KVM 2/2 7 - WP 8111 OF 2019.doc the merits of the approval order passed by the Education Officer. If any proceedings are filed to impugn the said order passed by the Education Officer, the same would be considered on its own merits. No order as to costs.
