Petitioners have impugned the notice dated 23rd March 2023 issued by Respondent No. 3 declaring the election programme for the post of Sarpanch, Chande. The election is likely to be held shortly in accordance with the election programme issued by Respondent No. 3 2.

Since the election programme is already issued, we are not inclined to interfere with the election programme at this stage. Petitioners would be at liberty to exercise rights and remedies available in law after the election is held.
