By this application the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 8 days in filing this Revision Application. Perused the application and the averment therein. I am satisfied with the reasons provided and I pass the following order : - (i) Application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause(a). (ii) Revision application to be filed subject to removal of office objections. Office objections to be removed within a period of two weeks from today failing which Revision application shall stand dismissed without further orders of the Court.
