This interim application has been preferred for amending the second appeal to describe respondent nos.5 and 6 as legal heirs of respondent no.4 and to be shown as respondent nos.4A and 4B and seeking condonation of delay of 4 years and 136 days and for setting aside the abatement.

None appears for the respondents.

As the legal heirs are already on record and by the proposed amendment, respondent nos.5 and 6 are sought to be included as legal heirs of deceased respondent no.4 and to be shown as respondent nos. 4A and 4B, the interim application can be allowed. 4.

For the reasons stated in the application, delay is condoned and Patil-SR 1 of
