Heard. By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the Petitioner challenges the order dated 16.12.2015 passed by the Adhoc District Judge No.2, Baramati below Exhibit- 5 in Civil appeal No.84/2015.

The learned counsel for the Respondent Plaintiff submits that the Civil Appeal No.84/2015 itself is kept for final hearing before the appellate Court on 13.12.2018. In support of that he has placed on record a photocopy of the case status report obtained from the official website of the District Court, Pune. In view of the subsequent development, the Writ Petition stands disposed of with the following directions: a.
