The main grievance of the petitioner is that its Appeal bearing No.RTS/69-A/2014 has not been decided by the Sub Divisional Officer, Pune. During the pendency of the said appeal, Tahsildar, has issued notice to demolish the compound wall.

The learned AGP appearing for the State submitted that the said appeal filed by the petitioner has already been decided by the Sub Division Officer, Pune Sub Division, Pune and she has placed on record a copy of order dated 28.3.2016, which is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. Copy of the said order has been handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner .

In the above circumstances, Mr. Warunjikar, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to challenge the order before the appropriate authority. Leave

In order to enable the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the Sub Division Officer, Pune, before the appropriate authority, status quo in respect of Notice dated 28th March, 2016 issued by the Tahsildar be maintained by the parties for a period of two weeks.
