The learned APP on instructions submitted that in pursuance of order dated 21.4.2016 the applicant has attended the Investigation Officer and co-operated during the process of investigation. He further on instructions of the Investigation Officer who is personally present in court submitted that the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary.
