Learned Counsel for the petitioner and respondent No. 1 state that the parties have amicably resolved their differences and that Consent Terms have been filed in the Apex Court. He has tendered an order dated 27th July, 2017 passed by Apex Court in Criminal Appeal No. 1166 of 2015. The same is taken on record and marked `X' for identification. 2.

In view of the settlement between the parties, nothing survives for consideration in the Contempt Petition. The same is accordingly disposed of.
