After this petition was heard for sometime, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition as a petition for divorce by mutual consent is already instituted before the Family Court at Thane. It is informed that the said petition for divorce by mutual consent would appear before the Family Court on 27th April 2018. 2.

On the said adjourned date, the learned trial Judge of the Family Court shall proceed to hear the parties and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. It is submitted that both the parties shall cooperate in the adjudication of the petition.

Needless to observe that the learned Judge of the Family Court shall also decide in accordance with law any miscellaneous application as filed by the respondents.
