To that effect, he made an endorsement on a farad. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

The Family Court, Bandra is directed to decide Regular Darkhast No.320/2011 in Petition A-399/1993 as early as possible but in any case on or before 29.09.2017.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
