This is an application for intervention by the first informant in CR No.3/2017 dated 3.7.2017 registered with Dindoshi Police Station, Mumbai.

For the reasons stated in the application, application for intervention is allowed.

The applicant in ABA No. 525 of 2017 is hereby directed to implead the first informant Shri. Imarm Nasim Mansuri and injured witness Ms. Sehnaz Khan as respondents. Amendment to be carried out within one week from today and then amended copy of the application be served upon the the learned Advocate for the first informant within the said stipulated period.
