The present Application for Anticipatory Bail is filed as the learned Sessions Court rejected the Application filed by the Applicants for interim Anticipatory bail. As the Anticipatory Bail Application filed by the Applicants is still pending before the Sessions Court, I am not inclined to entertain the present Application.

Considering the fact that the learned Sessions Court has rejected the Interim Anticipatory Bail Application, the Sessions Court shall endevour to decide Anticipatory Bail Application as early as possible and in any case within 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.
