This Petition takes exception to the order dated 10th January, 2019 passed by the learned Principal District Judge, Nashik below Exhibit 148 in Civil Revision Application No.02 of 1987. The learned Principal District Judge rejected the application. A perusal of prayers made in that application shows that the petitioner sought review of the order dated 28th August, 1989 passed below Exhibit 26. Aggrieved by that very order, earlier review was filed. It was dismissed on 29th March, 2017. In view of Order-XLVII, Rule-9 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, no application to review an order made on an application for a review or a decree or order passed or made on a review can be entertained. In view thereof, Mr. Malvankar seeks permission to withdraw the Petition.

On the motion made by Mr. Malvankar, Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is dismissed as withdrawn. Order accordingly. [R.G. KETKAR, J.]
