The Applicant had earlier approached this Court vide Anticipatory Bail Application No.204 of 2022. On 22/01/2022 following order was passed;

After arguing for some time, when I expressed my disinclination to grant relief, the learned counsel for the Applicant prays for Digitally signed by MANUSHREE V NESARIKAR Date:

Again a fresh anticipatory bail application is filed on the ground that the charge-sheet is filed after that order. Instead of surrendering, a fresh application on this ground is filed. While considering the earlier anticipatory bail application, the parties were heard, the material against the Applicant was considered and after I had expressed my disinclination to grant relief, the the application was withdrawn unconditionally. 3.

Therefore I do not see any change in merits of the matter. I am not inclined to entertain this application. 4.

The application is disposed of.
