ORDER:

The petitioners have already filed a Securitization Application before the D.R.T., Pune, which is scheduled to come up for hearing on 29th March, 2019. It appears that D.R.T. Pune is not functioning from 22nd March, 2019 to 28th March, 2019. 2.

In the circumstances, we direct that until 2nd April, 2019, the Respondent-Bank shall not confirm the auction sale in favour of the auction purchaser, if the auction sale to be conducted on 26th March, 2019 fructifies.

Subject to the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of. All contentions are kept open.
