Learned A.P.P on the instructions of the Officer who is present in Court states that the police will be filing the charge-sheet as against the applicants on or before 10th April, 2017. The said statement is accepted. 2.

In view of the statement made by the learned A.P.P, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to file an appropriate application after filing of the charge-sheet before the appropriate Court.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
