The consent terms are between the appellant and respondent nos.1 and 2. Learned Counsel for the appellant states that the keys of the subject flat as also a demand draft of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One lakhs only) as set out in Clause 7(l) has been handed over to the Advocate for respondent Nos. 1 and 2, who states that he has received the same. The consent terms are signed by the respective parties as also signed by the Advocates for the parties.
