Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as also the learned AGP on Civil Application. By the said application, the applicants are trying to bring their names on record being LRs of the deceased petitioner. It has been stated that the petitioner had expired on 9.6.2012. Having gone through the application, we are of the view that the application deserves to be allowed. Accordingly we allow the application.
