The learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that Director of Education has forwarded the proposal for sanction of the grant-inaid to the non teaching employee of the Petitioner. Same is pending with Respondent no.1.

In case the proposal for grant-in-aid to the non teaching employee (page 48) is forwarded by Respondent no.2 and is pending with Respondent no.1, then Respondent no.1 shall take decision upon it on its own merits in accordance with law and policy preferably within nine months.
