The learned counsel for the respondent No.2 submits that the trial is almost over. Considering this fact, I am not inclined to entertain the present application. However, the trial Court shall endeavour to conclude the trial, as early as possible. In case, the trial is not concluded within a period of four months, the applicant is at liberty to fle fresh application for bail before the Trial Court. 2.
