It is stated that, the Appellant No.4 expired on 15th December, 2019. The present Application is filed within a period of limitation. Mr. Joshi, learned counsel for the Respondent Nos.3 to 6 and Mr. Pethe learned counsel for the Respondent No.2 has no objection in allowing the present Application.
