The Applicant is under trial prisoner and he prays for expeditious hearing of the case arising out of Crime Registration No.216 of 2013 of Azad Nagar Police Station, Mumbai.

Since the Applicant is in custody since 19th April, 2013, prayer is granted. Learned Magistrate is directed to hear the case arising out of C.R. No.216 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible and shall dispose of the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
