Preacipe dated 18 March 2016 has been filed by the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner to amend the cause title of this disposed of Writ Petition.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks to amend the Writ Petition's cause title.

Since the amendment is only format in nature, the Preacipe is disposed accordingly by allowing correction in the cause title of description of Respondent No.2 by substituting the words "Mechanical Division" in place of "Engineering Division" in the Writ Petition. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.
