Learned counsel appearing for applicants submits that, original documents which were not in possession of applicants, they are now in possession of the applicants.

This application is filed for recalling of order dated 20th February 2019 passed by this Court (Coram: Mrs. Mridula Bhatkar, J.) Learned counsel appearing for the applicants concede to the legal position that in view of bar under section 362 of Crpc, order under review passed on merits cannot be recalled.

In the light of above observation and in view of bar under section 362 of Crpc, this application deserves no consideration. Hence, application stands disposed of.
