Heard. This petition is filed seeking directions to respondent no.1 to register offence on the basis of petitioner's complaint dated 29.04.2013. We have perused the complaint. The same is addressed to the Superintendent of Police, Satara. In our view, this is not the compliance of the provisions of Section 154 of the Cr.P.C.

In our view, this petition can be disposed of by directing the Uday S. Jagtap

1422-15-wp=.doc petitioner to make a complaint to the Officer Incharge of the concerned police station. In the event, if such complaint is filed, the Officer Incharge of the concerned Police Station shall look into the petitioner's grievance and take appropriate decision and communicate the same to the petitioner within 7 days from the receipt of such complaint. Ordered accordingly. 3.
