DATED : 2nd MAY, 2024 P.C:- The present application seek modification of the condition no. (iii) of the order passed on 16/09/2022, by which the applicant was released on bail in connection with C.R. No. 22 of 2021 registered with Worli police station. He was directed to mark his attendance in the concerned police station on first Monday of every month between 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

This condition, is posing a difficulty to him and barring November, 2023 when his father passed away, he has marked his appearance on each and every date and the attendance sheets to that effect are placed on record at Exhibit E. Ashish

2/2 7 ia 1144-24.doc Considering the compliance at the end of the applicant and since more than one and half year has passed away, since the imposition of the condition, I deem it appropriate to relax condition no.(iii) by directing attendance of the applicant to the concerned police station on the first Monday of the Trimester between 5:00 to 6:00 p.m.

Rest of the conditions imposed, while enlarging him on bail, remains unchanged.

The application is made absolute in the aforesaid terms.
