Heard learned Counsel for the appellant-insurance company. Perused the application and the findings of the M.A.C.T. Mumbai. 2.

Learned Counsel for the appellant-insurance company undertakes to deposit entire decretal amount within a period of four weeks. Learned Counsel requested to grant stay. 3.

In view of above submission, there shall be stay to the execution and operation of the impugned judgment and award passed by the Member, M.A.C.T. Mumbai in M.A.C.P. No. 865 of 2013 subject to condition that the appellant-insurance company Shridhar Sutar

2 13(2)-caf-3316.17.doc shall deposit entire decretal amount with interest accrued thereon within a period of four weeks from today. Failure to which, stay granted shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to this Court with liberty to the claimants-respondents to execute the award for deposit of amount within the ambit of law. 4.

Accordingly, civil application stands disposed of in above terms.
