By this application, the applicant seeks time of two weeks for complying with the order dated 27th February 2020. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the draft of Rs. 3,00,000/- is ready and the applicant is ready to deposit the same in the Registry of this Court within one week from today. Statement accepted. Vide order dated 27th February 2020, this Court (Coram : Sadhana S. Jadhav, J.) on the statement made by the learned counsel for the SQ Pathan 1/2

5-IA-1212-2021.doc applicant that the applicant would deposit an amount of Rs. 3,00,000/- on or before 6th March 2020, stayed the execution and implementation of the order dated 16th January 2019 and directed that no coercive steps be taken till the next date i.e. 26th March 2020. It has been more than a year since the aforesaid order was passed. However, in view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the applicant that the demand draft is ready and that the applicant will deposit the same in the Registry of this Court within one week from today, the application is allowed and time is extended by a period of one week from today to enable the applicant to deposit the said amount in the Registry of this Court.

The application is accordingly disposed of. Matter to be listed on 15th July 2021 for recording compliance of the deposit of Rs. 3,00,000/-. Revision Application No. 585/2019 also be listed on 15th July 2021 for admission.

Interim relief granted vide order dated 27th February 2020 to continue till the next date.
