The learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 states that, during the pendency of the Civil Suit filed by the applicants, the Trial Court had not granted temporary injunction restraining the non-applicants from creating third party interest in the suit property. It is stated that, in the absence of any injunction in the Trial Court, the prayer made by the applicants is liable to be rejected.
