The application is made for restoration of the main petition which stood dismissed by a conditional order of Registrar (Judicial-1) dated 23rd November 2015, with the prayer to condone the delay in filing the present application. Having regard to the facts that the original petition came to be dismissed for a technical reason of not removing the office objections while learned advocate concerned is stated to have been sick, the application has to be entertained and in absence of any serious objections on behalf of the main contesting respondents, the application is allowed. The order dated 23rd November 2015 is set aside and the main petition is restored to file with no order as to costs.
