Bailable warrant was ordered to be issued against the Applicants as they failed to appear today in Contempt Petition No.535 of 2013. Both the Respondents however, remained present during the afternoon session. In paragraph 4 of the application, the Applicants have stated that they were unable to reach in time due to traffic congestion. Considering the grounds raised in paragraph 4 of the application, order passed in the morning session, of issuance of warrant against the Applicants is recalled.
