2] In view of the averments in the civil application, the same is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c) subject to the condition that the applicants pay costs of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) to the respondents. The costs to be paid within a period of two weeks from today by drawing out necessary DD/ Cheque in the name of the respondent no. 2, who shall accept the same on his own behalf as also on behalf of the remaining respondents. 3] Necessary amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
